📃 Requirements: CLI Specialist or at least two CLI foundation courses, Pen and paper (or digital equivalent) for your notes. A free account at the Compass Tool is helpful.

Description
You will learn how the “Theory of Change” (ToC) can be used to strategize initiatives in the complex context of sustainability transformation. It provides a step-by-step guide on the basis of the Collective Leadership Compass, and leads you through the process of drafting a ToC strategy that can be the basis for exploration with your team and funders. It is particularly relevant in Phase 1/ Phase 4 of the Dialogic Change Model.
